Dear Mr. Igor Mashyn,

The WDC Competitive Dance Executive Board had a meeting today and it was drawn to their attention that you have employed adjudicators at the "First Capital WDC Amateur League" competition on 29th and 30th January 2011 that are not registered with the WDC.

On behalf of the Executive Board, I would like to remind you of the Memorandum that you have personally signed with Mr. Donnie Burns MBE, where it states that only professional WDC licensed adjudicators can adjudicate at WDC AL granted events.
